Refund policy

 

At Nalu, we’re confident you’ll love your sustainable Nalu Bag. But if for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help. 

Returns: 

You may return a bag within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, at your cost. 

To be eligible, the bag must be as new and unused. Refunds will be issued once the item is received at our head office and inspected to confirm its condition. 

Faulty or incorrectly sent items will, of course, be refunded or exchanged regardless of condition, and postage will be covered by Nalu. 

How to Return:

Take a photograph of the item and email us at admin@naluwa.com.au with your order number. 

Ship the item back to us (non-faulty returns are at the customer’s expense). 

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 1 business day.
